118 started with a single question: why should a hoodie you love become a hoodie you're bored of? The answer wasn't a new colourway every season. It was a hoodie built to change on the same body, the same construction, the same night out, without ever needing to be replaced.

The idea

The patch was the whole point. Most streetwear treats a graphic as permanent: printed once, worn until it fades or falls out of favour. We built the opposite. A stitched hook-and-loop panel sits under every patch we make, so the one piece of the hoodie people actually look at is also the one piece you get to keep changing your mind about.

The name

118. November Eight. The numeral comes first because it's the part that stays constant no matter which patch is on. Everything else is a finish. The 118 is the identity underneath it.

Quality, detail, purpose

Quality. A cut-and-sew construction, specced before it's sourced, not adjusted after a factory calls something close enough.

Detail. Every seam, patch edge and zipper pull is decided on purpose. The panel exists because a print couldn't do this; nothing about it is decorative.

Purpose. A hoodie that adapts to you is worth keeping longer than one that doesn't. That's the whole argument for building it this way.
